Hello my friends, and welcome to FIT4EVER. I want to reintroduce myself.
My name is Taylor Torre and FIT4EVER is our coaching business.
I want you to know where I am at now, because I am sure it will resonate with you too.
Brief Overview:
I am an expert in health, fitness, & nutrition
Despite being an expert, I am currently out of shape & feel like shit.
I have a SIMPLE, efficient, and EASY plan to make myself & YOU:
healthier, happier, fitter, stronger, & more successful.

Welcome to the FIT4EVER community.
I am a personal trainer, wellness coach, chef, & DJ. I have competed in bodybuilding, powerlifitng, trained clients for 10+ years, taught fitness classes and I am so passionate about what I do and how effective it is.
Before becoming a personal trainer, I weighed 200 pounds, drank alcohol every day, and was completely lost. I reinvented myself, lost 50 pounds, and dragged myself out of the deep, dark hole I was in to become the woman I am today. It was never easy, and I have had so many ups and downs on the way.
I want to be honest with you. Currently, I feel so terrible. I am crying as I write this out. I havent worked out in 3 months, I have lost so much muscle (my butt is literally flat!). I am out of shape, I feel unhealthy, unmotivated, depressed, scared, lonely. I have been staying up too late, not eating, partying too much- distracting myself from the work I need and want to do. I haven’t been working, responding to potential clients interested in working with me, but that stops NOW. I am showing UP- FOR ME & FOR YOU.
I know so many of you might feel the same. Life is a struggle right now- for so many of us.
I want you to know you are not alone. I want you to know, even as a personal trainer, I struggle too. But I want you to know I have an efficient way to get through this. I coach myself just as I would coach you.
So let’s break it down- what am I going to do about it? No matter where you are currently, there are action steps we can take to break down our goals into manageable, bite-sized chunks. So here I am- rebranding myself, being vulnerable with you- to let you know I am here to help you too.
I cannot put up with the bullshit I have been doing. I decide to change- NOW.
Let’s not overwhelm ourselves either- I can’t just go back to training hardcore 5 days a week. The results won’t happen overnight. I am super out of shape. You might find yourself out of shape too. Have you ever been so gung-ho to get in shape that you overtrain, overwork yourself, under-eat, then burnout and quit everything? It happens to all of us.
My training is backed by evidence-based scientific principles. There is an actual, efficient way to get started, create progress, and maintain that progress.
For most of us, for myself right now, I need to create structure in my life, and do small, manageable tasks to get the process rolling.

Everyone is different and your plan is totally customized to YOU.
My prescription for myself this week (this is what I can handle right now).
Meditation. Like it or not- I do believe this is ESSENTIAL. It scares me too- you’re not alone. Can we agree that just 5-10 minutes a day is feasible? I use a guided video, and I commit to spending a few minutes to check-in with myself.
2 full-body training sessions: 30-40 minutes of low intensity to get the body moving BUT not so much that I am so sore I cannot walk or train again.
2-3 cardio sessions: low intensity- like walking outside, on the treadmill, swimming, cycling. Start with whatever you can handle- be it 10 minutes or 30 minutes- don’t overdo it.
Healthy eating: I ordered groceries on Amazon Fresh because I am a busy woman, it’s incredibly cheap and easy to order. My goal is to eat 2-4 times/day with protein at every meal. Right now, I have been eating like shit to be honest, so I am not going to stress myself with measuring everything and trying to be perfect. You shouldn’t either.
